I find Solace in Tedium
It has been a very busy sewing week around here. It started with an officers meeting for the KC Modern Quilt Guild last Sunday, knitting on Monday, sewing circle on Wednesday and KC MQG meeting on Thursday. It might seem like the last thing that I would want to do on a Friday night would be more sewing, but that's not the story here. I decided to do some tedious paper piecing...and I liked it! After seeing Alex Anderson last fall, I found a way to use up some of my scraps for a great quilt, the Kaleidoscope Quilt. I'm having fun with it, but please remember I have an architects mind.
Also, becuase I promised...the Liverpool dress. Picture courtesy of my "high tech" webcam.
